Pokemon and all related names, characters, and images are trademarks and copyright of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokemon Company. Omniset is an unofficial, fan-made service and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any of the aforementioned companies.

5. User Content and Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to us, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

If you post content through community features, you remain responsible for that content and represent that you have rights to share it. You must not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, or deceptive material.

We may perform maintenance, security updates, or operational changes that impact service access.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the platform.

You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that should survive termination (for example intellectual property, limitations, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Omniset operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Omniset agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before filing a formal legal claim, where permitted by law.
